Professional COACHING

Professional coaching unlocks human potential by bringing a holistic, inquiry based approach to professional development that is aimed at creating awareness, generating action, and facilitating transformational learning and growth. Clients learn to identify with what is most important in their lives, organizations and/or teams, embrace change, be more optimistic, develop problem solving and coping skills and establish goals.  They learn how to leverage talents, build new skill sets and increase the likelihood that goals will be reached with less stress and more work/life balance. Monitoring progress and accountability are key factors in the coaching.  The individuals that benefit most are usually ones who either have high potential and need additional support to get to the next level, managers or executives who are valuable to the company but have key performance issues to address, executives who have been recently hired or promoted and need to make an impact or are experiencing burnout or lack of work/life balance.

An ideal engagement period is 3- 6 months in duration, but can be tailored to the specific needs of the client and/or organization.  The process begins with an intake, complimentary discovery session and assessment followed by ongoing coaching and skill development, goal setting and measurement of results.

Building confidentiality, trust and accountability are the most important elements in the coach/client relationship.  The greatest outcomes have been achieved when the client is a willing participant in the coaching process.  The coach is accountable to the client, (the individual being coached), the client’s direct manager, and sometimes the HR manager.  Confidentiality is key and in our methodology, no information will be imparted to any other party without the client’s prior consent.  However, we encourage and may at times even facilitate conversations between the client, manager or other parties.
